Transparent water-based medium for decoupage technique on fabric.

Instructions:

Completely prime the fabric with this medium, covering an area about 1 cm larger than the napkin image.

Place the napkin image onto the damp fabric and press it carefully.

Apply the textile medium over the edges of the image.

Once dry, iron the fabric through a thin cloth at cotton temperature to fix the design.
